Photo to Skin ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Photo2Skin. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Photo to Skin iOS app and this website.
By using Photo to Skin, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We don't store your photos or text prompts. They are sent to third-party AI providers, which process them on our behalf only to generate your skin or image.
What we do keep:
- Account info — your email if you sign in, and the skins and images you create, until you delete them or ask us to.
- Usage data — request counts and basic, non-identifying interactions used to operate the service and enforce limits.
- Purchase status, processed by Apple (in the app) or Stripe (on the web). We never receive or store your payment-card details. For web purchases, the IP address and browser used are kept with the payment at Stripe, to contest fraudulent chargebacks. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.
- How you found us — the site that referred you (for example a search engine or an AI assistant) and the page you arrived on, so we know which of our pages and links are worth keeping. It isn't tied to your name.

2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your skins and images and run your account.
- To process purchases and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Analytics & Advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and may process your data with IP anonymization enabled. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by enabling "Do Not Track" in your browser, which we respect.
We also set two cookies of our own — one remembering where you first arrived from (for example "search" or "tiktok"), one holding a random ID so a return visit isn't counted as a new person. They last 30 days, stay on our own domain, and are never used for advertising; "Do Not Track" switches them off too. If you subscribe, our server also tells Google Analytics that the sale happened, so it is credited to the right source — that message carries the anonymous analytics ID already in your browser and the amount, never your name or card details.
Our iOS app uses the TikTok Business SDK to measure our advertising — for example, which ad led you to install the app or subscribe. Only if you allow tracking when iOS asks, it may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and share app events such as installs and purchases with TikTok for attribution. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," your IDFA is not used and the app still works fully. You can change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Children's Privacy
Photo to Skin is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Minors who use Photo to Skin should do so with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can request deletion of your data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated within the app or on this page.
